In Honor and Memory of Rebekah!
In celebration of Rebekah's birthday we are featuring Northstar K9 SAR this month.
NorthStar K9 SAR team reached out when Rebekah went Missing in July 2021. After reaching out to me they contacted Missoula County Sheriff Department and collaborated on SAR maneuvers between Missoula SAR team and Wings of Hope.
Northstar is dedicated to locating missing people and providing training, equipment, consulting, and response through field support, K-9 handler teams and EMS. Northstar only responds to requests from emergency services (Law Enforcement agencies, Fire and Emergency Management services) with authority over the incident.
NorthStar K9 SAR adheres to stringent training policies for their team and K9's. Northstar looks for missing people using K9's, aerial/underwater drones, hightech sonar, and divers if needed.
Northstar K9 SAR was used for several other Missing Person cases in the Missoula, MT area. We personally are grateful for their willingness to travel so far.
Although, it is our hope that you will never need the services of a SAR team for a Missing Loved One, please consider donating to this organization. All team members are volunteers.
